Welcome to PokéCard Mart! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using PokéCard Mart, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

General Terms


Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use PokéCard Mart.

User Accounts: You may create an account to use certain features of PokéCard Mart. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Prohibited Activities: You may not use PokéCard Mart for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and fraud.

Intellectual Property: The content and materials on PokéCard Mart, including trademarks, copyrights, and logos, are the property of PokéCard Mart or its licensors. You may not use any of this material without our express written permission.

Termination: We may terminate your access to PokéCard Mart for any reason, at any time, without notice.


Competition Rules


Eligibility: The competition is open to anyone who subscribes on PokeCard Mart. Employees, Contractors and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

Competition Period: The competition begins on the 1st day of the month and ends on the last day of the month.


How to Enter:  To enter the monthly competition, participants must be a subscriber on PokeCard Mart website and subscribed at the time of the draw. Anyone who cancels their subscription before the draw will not qualify for the draw. When subscribing you will be allocated a number, ie 1,2,3,4 etc depending on what number you are as a subscriber. If you are the first subscriber, you will be number 1 and so on.

Prizes: The prizes for the competition will change on a month to month basis but will always be near or over £1000. This could range from: Booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, Card Sleeves, Card Binders, Booster Packs, Graded Cards, Master Sets, Pokemon Plushies but a photo will always be provided on the website of what is coming soon for the competition.

Winner Selection: The winner selection will be carried out live on the website or Facebook page. The winner will be chosen by using a random number generator of how many subscribers their is on the website. For example if their is 20 subscribers the random number generator would be using numbers 1-20

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via Email, Social Media or Telephone within 1 day after the selection. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, the prizes will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected.

Publicity Release: By becoming a subscriber, participants agree to allow the organisers to use their name, likeness and entry for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions: The organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond PokeCard Marts control compromise the integrity of the competition.

Limited of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the organiser, its affiliates and their respective agents from any and all liability associated with the competition or the prize.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.

Payments and Delivery


Prices: All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All prices are including VAT.

Payments: We accept secure online payments through a trusted third-party payment processor. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account.

Delivery: Sellers are responsible for shipping and delivery of purchased cards. Delivery times will vary depending on the seller's location and your chosen shipping method. Anything sold by Pokécard Mart will be shipped within 1-2 working days and will be shipped with tracked delivery.

Seller Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for accurately describing the condition of the cards they are selling. There is currently no option on the platform for users to state the condition of a card. We recommend you contact the seller directly if you have any questions about the condition of a card.

Grading Services: We recommend using a reputable third-party grading service to authenticate and grade valuable cards.

Warranties and Guarantees


Disclaimer: PokéCard Mart is an E-Commerce platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not offer any warranties or guarantees on the cards sold on our platform.

Return and Refund Policy

Seller-to-Buyer Communication: In the event of a problem with your order, we encourage you to contact the seller directly to try to resolve the issue.

PokéCard Mart Intervention: If you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the seller within a reasonable timeframe, you may contact PokéCard Mart for assistance. We will investigate the issue and may mediate between you and the seller.

Disclaimer of Liability


PokéCard Mart is not responsible for:
Any disputes between buyers and sellers.
The authenticity or condition of cards sold on our platform.
Any loss or damage arising from the use of our platform.
Seller Responsibility: Sellers are solely responsible for the cards they list and sell on PokéCard Mart.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of PokéCard Mart following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy

At Pokecard Mart, we value your satisfaction. If you need to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

Cancellation of Orders
- You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To do so, please contact us immediately via email at admin@pokecardmart.co.uk or call us at 07927032277.
- Please include your order number and any relevant details when contacting us regarding your cancellation.
- If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy for instructions on returning your order.

Amendment of Orders
- If you wish to make changes to your order (such as changing the shipping address, modifying product details, or changing quantities), please contact us as soon as possible.
- We can only amend your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, we won't be able to make any changes.
- To request an amendment, please provide your order number and the specific changes you’d like to make.

Liability for Supplementary Costs

At Pokecard Mart, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise, leading to delays, lost, or misrouted items. This policy outlines our liability concerning any supplementary costs that may be incurred by customers due to such issues:

Shipping Delays
- While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to adverse weather, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions.
- As a result, we do not accept responsibility for any supplementary costs that may arise due to shipping delays, including costs for additional shipping fees or lost business opportunities.

Lost or Misrouted Items
- In the event that a shipment is lost or misrouted, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate the item.
- While we will do our best to resolve the issue, Pokecard Mart is not liable for any supplementary costs incurred by the customer during this process, such as replacement costs, additional shipping fees for re-orders, or other related expenses.

Customer Responsibility

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of order placement. Any errors in the delivery address may result in delays, misrouting, or loss of items.
- In cases where a package is returned due to incorrect address information, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the item.

Claims and Resolutions

- If you encounter issues with your shipment, please contact our customer service team at sales@pokecardmart.co.uk. We will work diligently to assist you and resolve any concerns.

 Limitations of Liability

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokecard Mart disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products, including but not limited to supplementary costs incurred due to delivery issues.

Responsibility for Return Costs

At Pokecard Mart, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return items. Our policy outlines your responsibilities regarding the costs associated with returns:

Return Costs
- Unless stated otherwise, customers are legally responsible for covering all return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for the return (e.g., change of mind, incorrect product ordered, or any other reason).
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a traceable return method.

Condition of Returned Goods
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items returned that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@pokecardmart.co.uk. We will provide you with any necessary instructions for returning your order.
- It is essential to include your order number and reason for the return to facilitate the process.

Exceptions
- The only instances where we will cover return shipping costs are if the item received is faulty, damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the return and we will provide a prepaid return label.

- Please be aware that under consumer protection laws, unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for all return costs associated with your order.
